Teaching

I’ve been teaching at Gallaudet since 1995. I currently teach BIO 211 Genetics, BIO 221 Microbiology, and BIO 321 Pathogenic Microbiology, as well as introductory biology courses. I also regularly teach an online GSR 230/BIO 151 Nutrition course entitled “The American Diet.” This was originally an interdisciplinary course about both science and rhetoric that I developed with Tonya Stremlau. Recently, I had the privilege of teaching PER 295 Special Topics: Rock Climbing for the Physical Education & Recreation program!
